President Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has praised the valuable services of prominent Lebanese Shiite Cleric late Allameh Seyed Mohammad Hussein Fazlollah for the World of Islam and has noted that surely the path of this prominent Shiite cleric will be continued in Lebanon and the region by the faithful, and holy Qods will be liberated.

In a meeting with late Allameh Fazlollah's son, Hojjatoleslam Seyed Ali Fazlollah on Thursday, President Ahmadinejad once again offered his heartfelt condolences on the sad departure of Allameh Fazlollah, while reminding that this prominent Shiite cleric strongly supported the Lebanese people, the resistance movement, and regional nations.

President Ahmadinejad hailed the progressive and creative viewpoints of Allameh Fazlollah in resolution of regional issues of concern and noted that the late prominent Shiite cleric informed the public through delivering resolute and revolutionary speeches and adopting revolutionary stances.

President Ahmadinejad pointed out that the world's oppressors are on the verge of collapse while underscoring that undoubtedly injustice will soon be uprooted across the world with the awakening of world nations.

Meanwhile, Hojjatoleslam Seyed Ali Fazlollah thanked the Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, and President Ahmadinejad for their condolence messages; referred to his father's support for the sacred Islamic establishment; and noted that Allameh Fazlollah considered Iran as the main base of pure Islam and world's freedom-seekers and attached great importance to the maintenance and reinforcement of the status of the Iranian nation.

He added that late Allameh Fazlollah called for reinforcement of unity in the World of Islam, and destruction of the Zionist regime.

Following the meeting he pointed out that Allameh Fazlollah had always praised Iran president’s moral characters and bravely positions, said: “Allameh considered you as the model of dignity, brave and humility.
