BFnews: Hojat-ol-Islam Attaran, who was attending a ceremony marking the beginning of the new academic year, said, “Al-Mustafa virtual university serves all those who are passionately interested in the holy Quran and Hadith of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) wherever they are in the world by making use of the latest technological tools.”
Referring to the university’s activities, he said, “For the time being, five disciplines have been established for seminarians coming from abroad namely Islamic thoughts and sciences, Islamic ethics, Islamic Sharia, Quran and Hadith sciences, and Persian language and literature.”
According to Attaran, students from 23 countries have so far been admitted to take the courses offered in five languages, i.e. French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Arabic.
“Two virtual cities concerning Quran and Hadith sciences plus Persian language and literature have also been made available in the cyberspace. Al-Mustafa virtual university is planning to design its third virtual city in the near future which will be called the city of morality and spirituality”, he explained.
