BFNews: Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Hassan Akhtari added that one of the problems in ‎dealing with the concept of Mahdism is lack of understanding and recognition in ‎communities and events such as Mahdism Conference will guide the focus of the media towards ‎familiarizing people with the concept.‎

‎“There are more than 3 thousand Hadiths and Anecdotes about Imam Mahdi (AS) in Shia ‎and Sunni texts. However, the number is significantly lower in Sunni books and the ‎academic centers are not addressing the subject either. And this is a sign of ‎neglect,” Akhtari added. ‎

Hojjatoleslam Akhtari emphasized that since Mahdism is a Doctrine to reform the world ‎and to bring about a bright future, it is of utmost importance.

He added that the ‎non-Muslim communities have no true knowledge of the concept and such conferences ‎with the use of the media could be beneficial in introducing the Mahdism Doctrine to the ‎people of the world. ‎
