Noted religious scholar speaks on Islamophobia at Rockhurst University
  One of America’s foremost commentators on trends within Islam, Reza Aslan, Ph.D., will present “Ten Years Later: Islamophobia and Understanding Muslims” for the Rockhurst University Visiting Scholar Lecture Series at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, in Mabee Theater.

Noted religious scholar speaks on Islamophobia at Rockhurst University
BFnews: Aslan is a world-renowned writer and scholar of religion and associate professor at the University of California –Riverside. His talk will examine Islam’s place in a pluralistic society and the persistence of anti-Islamic trends in the United States. Aslan has been a regular guest on CNN, ABC News, "Nightline," "The Daily Show," "Real Time With Bill Maher" and CBS News. He is author of the international best-seller "No God But God: The Origins, Evolution and Future of Islam," which has been translated into 13 languages.
