Bf news: Larijani made the remarks during a meeting with Speaker of Indonesian People's Representative Council Marzuki Alie which was held on the sidelines of the ۷th Session of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC) Conference in Palembang, Indonesia, on Monday.
The U.S. is not satisfied with the developments occurring in the region and does not believe revolutions in the Islamic countries are in its own interests, thus it is seeking to make mischievous moves in the region, Larijani stated.

He also emphasized the importance of cementing ties among Islamic countries and said, “There is an extremist view that is seeking to cause conflict among Islamic sects.”

In the meeting, Pandikar expressed satisfaction with the good interaction between Shia and Sunni Muslims in Iran and said that the Malaysian nation respects the Iranian people.
