BFnews: The Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu said in an immergency statement that the first Qibla of Muslims is in a real danger.

Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu warned Tuesday of true dangers engulfing the Aqsa Mosque that threatening its existence and held the Israeli occupiers solely responsible for any harm that occurs to the Mosque.

Ihsanoglu was reacting to reports about possible collapse of the Marwani Mosque inside AL-Haram Al-Sharief due to the continuous Israeli excavation under it, while blaming the Israeli occupation regime for the adverse repercussions in the event something happens to the Muslims' first Qibla.

He also urged Arab and Muslim leaders to take the matter seriously and make a move in order to stop the Israeli plots against the holy shrines that he considered as a "redline" that no Muslim would afford to watch it harmed.

He also called on the UNESCO to move against the Israeli policies, and to implement international laws regarding the occupied Palestinian city while warning that if the Israeli policies against the Mosque continues, it could destabilize international peace and order.
