BFnews: Head of the World forum for the proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri in the international conference on" The Household of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in Holy Qur'an and Suna" held in Turkey referred to affection towards the household of the prophet as one of the bases for unity in the Muslim nation.

The cultural advisor of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, said: The holy Qur'an has introduced the ways towards unity and has warned against sedition which is a kind of blasphemy.

He called the move towards proximity as a move which is welcomed by all scholars around the world.

Faruk Celik, Turkish state minister for religion who was also attending the conference hailed such conferences as a factor which paves the way for Islamic unity.

The minister said: Participation of different Shia and Sunni tribes in these conferences and their open discussions is quite satisfactory.

Two day international conference on "The Household of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in Holy Qur'an and Suna", held in Istanbul, was attended by many Muslim participants from around the world.
